PAYMENTS
1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
- Bank Transfers
- UPI (on request)
2. IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?
No, COD is not available. For customers in Delhi/NCR, we can send a runner for cash collection or you may drop off the payment at our store.
3. DO YOU OFFER EMI OR PART-PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We don’t offer EMI, but part payments may be arranged for high-value orders. Please contact us to discuss flexible payment options.
SIZING & FIT
1. HOW DO I KNOW MY CORRECT SIZE?
Each product page includes a size chart. Since most of our outfits are made-to-measure, we recommend sharing your body measurements after placing an order for the best fit.
2. WHAT IF MY MEASUREMENTS DON’T MATCH THE SIZE CHART?
Not a problem! Most Qbik garments are made-to-measure. Just place your order and share your measurements, we’ll tailor it accordingly.
3. CAN I SEND CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS?

4. ARE ALL GARMENTS MADE-TO-MEASURE?
Unless marked “ready-to-ship,” most garments are tailored to your measurements for a better fit and comfort.
CUSTOMISATION
1. CAN I CUSTOMISE MY OUTFIT?
Yes! We offer customisations like:
- Sleeve additions/removals
- Neckline changes
- Length adjustments
- Colour variations (based on fabric availability and design feasibility)

2. IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR CUSTOMISATIONS?
Basic size adjustments are usually free. Design changes (e.g., colour, sleeve, or structural edits) may incur additional charges.
3. CAN ALTERATIONS BE DONE FOR THE OUTFIT THAT’S ON SALE?
Yes, but all alterations on discounted items are chargeable.
4. CAN I MIX AND MATCH PIECES FROM DIFFERENT SETS?
In many cases, yes. You can select different bottoms, dupattas, or blouses. Contact our team to confirm what's possible.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. WHAT’S THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MADE-TO-MEASURE OUTFITS?
Generally it takes around 30–45 business days from the date we receive both payment and measurements, although every outfit has its own specific timeline which is mentioned in the details below the product. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and are not included in the delivery timeline.

4. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR STORE?
Yes, in-store pickup is available at both our Delhi and Hyderabad stores. Please mention your preference at the time of ordering.
5. I NEED MY OUTFIT URGENTLY. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
We do our best to accommodate urgent orders, though it’s not guaranteed. Contact us to check availability.
ORDER TRACKING & PACKAGING
1. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once shipped, we’ll share tracking details via WhatsApp upon request.
2. WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, courier tracking info is provided once your order is dispatched.
3. HOW IS MY OUTFIT PACKED?
All garments are securely packed with protective wrapping and include a Qbik-branded garment bag.
4. I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Have you had a chance to check your tracking information? We recommend checking around your property and with neighbours. If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact us so we can assist you by initiating an investigation with the courier.
ALTERATIONS
1. DO YOU OFFER ALTERATION SERVICES?
Yes. Garments include a 2–3" margin for minor alterations. Alterations within 30 days of delivery are free (excluding shipping). Charges apply after that.
2. HOW LONG DO ALTERATIONS TAKE?
Timelines depend on the complexity. We’ll confirm after reviewing your garment.

4. I PURCHASED FROM A MULTI-BRAND OUTLET. CAN QBIK ALTER IT?
No. Please contact the store where you made the purchase for any alteration or queries requests.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
1. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
As most garments are made-to-measure or customised, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We follow a strict no-refund policy.
3. CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Once an order is confirmed and production begins, cancellations are not possible. Post-order customisation requests depend on the stage of production and may not be accommodated.

2. DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT?
No appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome.
3. DO YOU HAVE SEPARATE SECTIONS FOR MENSWEAR AND WOMENSWEAR?
Yes, both stores feature dedicated sections and consultants for menswear and womenswear.

1. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME CHOOSE AN OUTFIT?
Absolutely. Our fashion consultants are available in-store or virtually to help you select pieces that suit your style, occasion, and body type.
2. CAN I BOOK A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION BEFORE ORDERING?

Video consultations are available Monday to Thursday, between 12 PM and 5 PM, as weekends tend to be quite busy.
