1. Sale outfits and accessories cannot be customised in any way. 

2. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the size that suits you. Note - these are body measurements. We have 2-3 inches margin inside. 

3. Incase you want to provide your measurements, we can quote you alteration charges. We do not offer any trials and re-alterations of sale products. Kindly get in touch with us via WhatsApp on +91 8448-553124 for alteration charges. 

4. If you would like, we can make it on order for you according to your preferences and size customisation for which we will need 25-30 working days minimum.

5. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the parcel. The shipping charges will be added upon checkout.
Also, the shipping charges may vary depending on the product’s weight and destination.

International shipping charges :
 A base price of INR 4000 applies for outfits priced upto INR 50,000.
 A base price of INR 7500 applies for outfits priced between INR 50,000 - INR 1,40,000.
A base price of INR 12,500 applies for outfits priced between INR 1,40,000 - INR 2,50,000.
A base price of INR 16,500 applies for outfits priced between INR 2,50,000 - INR 4,00,000.

7. Products reach domestic customers within 3-4 business days & international customers within 7-10 business days. We will take 10-15 working days to finish the order and then courier. Incase of urgency, kindly check with us via WhatsApp on +91 8448-553124.

Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the production image you see is the closet to the real product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
