Iron on medium heat. Direct ironing and hand washing are highly discouraged. Always use steam iron from a distance. Dry clean only. Do not bleach. Iron only on the reverse side of the embroidery. Do not steam directly over the embroidery.

SHIPPING POLICY

For Domestic Customers: We offer free shipping across India (except for Sample Sale items, which incur a flat shipping fee of INR 1,500).

For International Customers: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the parcel. These charges will be added at checkout. Please note that shipping fees may vary depending on the product’s weight and destination.

A base shipping charge applies as follows:

• INR 4,000 for outfits priced up to INR 50,000.
• INR 7,500 for outfits priced between INR 50,000 and INR 1,40,000.
• INR 12,500 for outfits priced between INR 1,40,000 and INR 2,50,000.
• INR 16,500 for outfits priced between INR 2,50,000 and INR 4,00,000.
• For Sample Sale items, a standard shipping charge of INR 9,500 applies.

TAXES & DUTIES
The product prices displayed are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP). For international deliveries, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that product prices shown are exclusive of any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country. Payment of these is required at the time of delivery in order to release your order from customs.

RETURNS

Most of our garments are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Please note that exactness is not guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

1. Sale outfits and accessories cannot be customised in any way.

2. We do not offer any return, exchange, refund, or credit note under any circumstances.

   Note: Every garment has margins of approximately 1.5 to 2 inches for possible loosening.

4. If you’d like to provide your measurements, we can quote alteration charges. We do not offer trials or re-alterations on sale products.

9. Full payment is required in advance. We do not accept partial, advance, or booking amounts.

10. This is a sample sale. We take every effort to finish each piece to our standards. Kindly refrain from raising concerns about minor finishing issues after delivery.

11. We reserve the full right to relist any sample sale product at its original MRP after the sale period ends.

12. The sale is valid until stocks last.

13. Our products are handcrafted and hand-dyed. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of our pieces, we photograph all items under standard lighting to reflect their true appearance. However, slight variations in fabric colour, dye, print, or embroidery may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or the handmade nature of the product.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price shared does not include additional charges such as custom duties and shipping, which are specific to countries outside of India.

This is a handmade product, and the embroidery material used may change color over time or with exposure to perfumes and humidity, which adds to the unique character of the garment.
